The Plymouth automobile factory, which was founded in 1928 and belongs to the Chrysler Group, has long been one of the top three in American automobile production, at times Plymouth was even in second place and sold more cars than Ford. Only Chevrolet sold more. The secret of success was simple: good cars for little money.

This Plymouth Cranebrook was located in Canada until 2018. The Canadian owner was a huge fan of the make and model. The car is very well maintained and, apart from being repainted years ago, is still very original. From the original operating instructions to the data book, service certificate and various brochures with wonderfully nostalgic images, a whole Leitz folder full of accompanying documents in practically new condition is included. The brochure alone about the production plant and the production process at the time is gorgeous – almost touching.

In 2018 a Stuttgart classic car friend brought the Plymouth to Germany and registered it here with an H license plate. Anyone who knows the rush hour traffic in Stuttgart knows that only a car that runs clean and maintains the cooling water temperature has a chance of survival. The Plymouth got through there umpteen times without any problems. The car also came to us on its own. Even after 69 years, driving is the most normal thing in the world for this Plymouth Cranebrook.
